Contact the Board

To report complaints about MedEthics Pharmaceuticals' accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters, or to convey other concerns to MedEthics Pharmaceuticals's independent directors, you may:

• All complaints and concerns will be received and processed by the Chief Legal Officer.
• You will receive a written acknowledgement from the Chief Legal Officer upon receipt of your written complaint or concern.
• Complaints relating to MedEthics Pharmaceuticals's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will be referred to members of the Audit Committee.
• Other concerns will be referred to the Lead Director of MedEthics Pharmaceuticals's Board.
